Tilly qualified from the British School of Osteopathy (BSO) in 2002 and soon developed her skills and experience working in practices in New Zealand. She then became the in-house Osteopath at the BBC in London for both performers and staff.

On returning to Bristol Tilly developed a specialism in cranial osteopathy and the treatment of children and pregnant mothers. She also has a keen interest in sports rehabilitation and the use of Pilates.

Tilly is developing a strong reputation in the local sports world and is very popular in the local rugby team where she is the practicing Osteopath.
