Soft Tissue Massage - Kathryn Smith

Kathryn have been practicing since 2001, and trained with both the Bristol School of Massage

and the Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork (BCMB).
''My belief about & experience of bodywork is that it can be a different and nourishing way to help

somebody to re-connect to ‘being in their body’, as well as supporting people on many physical

& emotional levels, and with a wide range of health needs''

For example, sessions can help to:

Ease deep muscular tensions & promote joint mobility and flexibility

Help sports injuries recover from injury and training
Improve circulation, stimulating blood & lymph flow
Reduce stress, anxiety and their effects
Aid digestion & promote deeper breathing
